​We work to meet the needs of our parishioners who are sick, elderly, homebound, grieving or experiencing extreme financial hardship. When we hear of a need, we coordinate with our parish-based resources and respond with care. Through the kindness and generosity of financial contributions and donations of time and talent, we work to satisfy the dire needs of fellow parishioners.
 
We are only coordinators in this effort, connecting those in need with the resources we have available. The real thanks goes to the groups, organizations, individuals and families within our parish who generously give of their time and talent to assist those in need.
 
Caring is what we do. This is what we need from you in order to continue doing it:
