There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit, there are different forms of service but the same Lord; there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit. 1 Corinthians 12: 4-7
We all have skills. Some are highly specialized and allow us to heal, educate, communicate and assist others with complicated tasks. Some may not seem specialized and yet they are so basic that without them, our families would suffer greatly: cooking, cleaning and managing a home and family. We all have special talents, which benefit our families and our communities each day. Are you utilizing your God-given talents? Will you consider identifying those talents and allowing them to serve your faith community?
