RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the official and usual route for individuals who seek to become Catholic, either adults who have not been baptized or are seeking entrance into the Catholic community from another denomination. This program is tailored to each individual's point in their faith life and offers a variety of faith building experiences, prayer and service, and catechesis. Some classes and experiences are shared with the Adult Confirmation candidates. Baptisms and receptions into the church are usually celebrated at the Easter Vigil.

Time Commitment:  Varies, usually a seven-month process with two sessions per month.
