St. Mary’s Visitation Parish seeks to invite and enable ongoing conversion to Jesus and holiness of life, promote and support active membership in the Church, and call and prepare adults to act as disciples in mission to the world. We seek to do this through a variety of opportunities, including:

Lolek Catholic Young Adults
Lolek is a Catholic young adult group for young adults ages 18-35. It is our goal to provide opportunities to learn more about the Catholic faith and how it can be applied to the moral and social issues that young adults face. Lolek is a great way to deepen your prayer life, celebration of the sacraments, fellowship and faith sharing with other Catholics. Lolek meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 7 pm at St. Mary’s for Eucharistic Adoration (with sacrament of Reconciliation available during some evenings), speaker presentation and fellowship. Throughout the year there are varied activities such as small group studies, game nights, and parties. We also travel for social and cultural places all over Milwaukee. All Young Adult Catholics are encouraged to come and join us for any event.

Proclaiming The Faith- PTF
Please consider going deeper in your Catholic faith with this small group series for all Catholic Adults in this first part of a three part series. Based upon the Catechism of the Catholic Church and written by Peter Kreeft this series is laid out in easy to use booklets. We will follow aspects of our faith by answering and exploring challenging questions namely what do we believe as Catholics. The series will open us up more fully to the love of God. We will meet in home or at St. Mary’s Visitation allowing for great interaction and community building,

That Man Is You
Starts September 12 at 6 am at St. Joseph Parish. This is a great spiritual and leadership program just for Catholic men! It will be running every Monday morning at 6 am for 26 weeks throughout the year. TMIY deepens your Catholic faith and equips you to be a man after God’s own heart and so much more. RCIA
You may know someone who is deciding to become Catholic. Perhaps you may want to ask someone to become Catholic or come back to the Church. St. Mary’s Visitation will be offering Confirmation for Adults as well as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) starting in fall. There will be an inquiry session for those interested in September. The year-long formation begins Monday, September 26 and helps foster a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and our Catholic Church.
