Lenten Reconciliation Services
Updated Reconciliation Dates (as of 3/17/20):
Church Open for Private Prayer
St. Mary's Visitation Church will be open for private prayer only while Confessions are being heard, per the schedule listed above.
Stations of the Cross
Stations of the Cross have been cancelled until further notice.
Due to the current circumstances ONLY scheduled adorers, during their designated hour, will be allowed in the Adoration Chapel at this time. If you would like to have a scheduled hour, please call Mary at 414-771-8738. Please note that we will need to close the Chapel if this rule is not followed.
In keeping with the recommendations of the CDC regarding keeping a personal distance from others, Perpetual Adoration is currently in St. Mary’s Atrium. Please access the Atrium through the usual Adoration Chapel door. The decision to move it to the Atrium, rather than the church, is because the Atrium is more easily secured at night, to prevent Adoration from being moved regularly due to funerals, and in order to keep costs low by not lighting the entire church all day and night. Please leave chairs where they are, as they are set at a distance in keeping with the CDC guidelines.
Effective Tuesday, March 24, Archbishop Listecki has extended the suspension of the public celebration of Masses throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, through Easter Sunday, April 12.
